ETL 9.2 Fluid Timesheet Doesn't Show Leave Time At That Point In Time Like Classic Timesheet.

Symptoms
Fluid Timesheet doesn't show Leave Time at that Point in time like Classic Timesheet.
Steps t replicate:
1. Login PS
2. Set up HCM -> Install -> Product Specific -> Time and Labor
3. Select The 'Refresh Reported time on Time Entry' to turn it off.
4. Scroll down the page and click on 'Save'
5. Go to 'Manager Self Service -> Team Time -> Enter Time'
6. Select Employee
7. Enter Comp Time (28th June - 11th July) -7th July KUCE1 2hrs
8. Enter Comp Time (12th July - 25th July) - 13th and 14th July - KUCE1 5hrs, KUCT1 1hr
9. Enter Comp Time - 22th July -KUCT1 4hrs
10 .Enter Comp Time (9th Aug- 22th Aug) -10th Aug -KUSIK 8 hrs
11. Run Time Admin to update leave time
12. Can see that the Fluid Leave Time is what it is currently
Sick - 72
Comp Time - 6
13. Navigate to Manager Self Service -> Time Management -> Report Time -> Timesheet
14. Select View By 'Week' - 07/05/2021
15. Leave /Compensatory Time shows
Sick - 72.00
