Symptoms

When running the Invalid Elections Report, multiple instances of the following error appears, although fund allocations are not stored in this environment:

The employee has elected a Savings plan that requires the selection of investment options, but no investment entries exist on Bas_Partic_Invt. (MSGData1: Plan-Type; MSGData2: Option-Cd)


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Run the Ineligible Elections Report.
     2. Review the report output.
