EO_FORM_CNVT - "Convert Classic Forms to Fluid" Application Engine process is failing to run with the following errors on Microsoft SQL 2018 database version:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PeopleTools > Processes > System Process Requests run control page
2. Run EO_FORM_CNVT Application engine process
