Page And Field Configuration Not Working Properly When Hiding Requisition Distribution Fields

Symptoms
Page and Field configuration for ePro Requisition that hides "Product" field for a certain Business Unit. When the Requisition only have one distribution line, the PAFC is working properly and hides the field correctly but for requisition with multiple distribution lines, the PAFC seems to not work correctly and the field is visible.
Steps:
1. Open Page and Field Configurator and hide Product field for Requisition distribution page.
Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator
2. Open any requisition with single distribution line and see that field is hidden.
eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
3. Open any requisition with multiple distribution line and see that field is visible now.
