Symptoms
The French label on field CNTRCT_STYLE is not translated.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Login in French as VP2 for example
2. My system Preferences (Informations générales sur le profil)
My preferred language for PIA web pages is: French
Ma langue habituelle pour les pages web en cours est: = French
3. Go to Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts
French menu : Menu principal > Contrats achats > Créer/mettre à jour contrats
The contract header should display the contract style in French.
