Message (18058, 10055) Needs to Notice User About Manually Entering Response

Symptoms
After applying Bug 34121009, the message (18058, 10055) that notice user about manually entering the response has no description. The message (18058, 10055) should be like:
Clicking on this link will change the status to Pending Award. Do you want to continue? (18058, 10055)
If the status is pending award, you will definitely no longer be able to manually enter a response on behalf of a supplier.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Go to Analyze Events and Search an event with "Posted" status for which end date is less than current
date and Event Format is not RFI: (for example US001/0000000176)
Menu > Sourcing > Maintain Events > Analyze Events
2. Press "Analyze Line" link in the Analyze Total page
3. Then press "Analyze" link on line 1 that is in Open Status
Warning message will appear "Clicking on the link will change the status to Pending Award. Do you want to continue?"
User can decide what to be done. Before fix Bug 34121009 the status of the event was getting updated to "Pending Award" and saved without user interface.
Here the message should be
"Clicking on this link will change the status to Pending Award. Do you want
to continue? (18058, 10055)
If the status is pending award, you will definitely no longer be able to manually enter a response on behalf of a supplier."
