Symptoms

On PeopleTools  one was not able to restart the PeopleSoft Application Server,
the error captured being only the generic one below:

 GenMessageBox(0, 0, M): Database Signon: Invalid access ID or password for database signon.
PSPPMSRV.18953 (0) [2022-09-29T20:06:05.425] - - - (0) Server failed to start
PSADMIN.16878 (0) [2022-09-29T20:06:12.035] - - - (0) End boot attempt on domain <domain-name>
