Symptoms

On : 14 version, Updating Cloud Manager

After changed the PeopleSoft Cloud Manager admin user password (e.g. CLADM), when trying to upgrade to CM 14, it gets stuck on the Validate Self Update step

NOTE: This password changes could result at all kind of operation failure.
