Last updated on FEBRUARY 21, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Payables - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Vouchers using last fiscal accounting date is defaulting to the fiscal budget date.

To illustrate an example, vouchers that were input in April 2022 using accounting date of March 31, 2022 (last fiscal), defaulted to April 2022 (this fiscal) budget dates and therefore are included in Commitment Control ledgers for this fiscal and budget checked from this fiscal.

Because it was budget checked in April 2022, it appears in the commitment control ledger for April 2022 which is impacting Commitment Control ledgers in wrong date.
