Symptoms

While testing an inbound GET REST service by pasting the URL in a browser, the following is seen in the service operations monitor.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create the REST service.
2. Generate the URL and add the required URI parameters.
3. Paste the GET URL into a browser window, and observe the error above in the service operations monitor.
4. Log into PeopleSoft, navigate to the Synchronous Service Operations Monitor (Navigation: PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitor Synchronous Services).
