E-FLUID : Add Button Not Visible In Small Form Factor When The Search Page Is Configured With Pivot Grid (Doc ID 2901112.1)

Goal

Customer had made a Fluid Page and implemented a real-time search with Pivot-Grid Component. In large factor it works well, user can filter the values and add new values by clicking on Add button.
However, in small factor, the Add button gets hidden.
