Symptoms
When assigning a new schedule to an employee that has a prior schedule Assignment Method set to "Use Default Schedule", the system gives the error below.
ERROR

No Schedule (13502,1523)
Steps to replicate:
1. EE has Default Schedule
2. Manager tries to assign new schedule
3. Error seen
