How to Populate Ability To Benefit (ATB) on Pell Origination Records Originally Created Without the ATB Information (Doc ID 2901840.1)

There may occasionally be a requirement to update Pell origination records with Ability to Benefit (ATB), if that information was missing when the records were first originated.

For example, there may be cases where a larger batch of records is not sent to COD, with the reason traced to the ATB being missing, such as the scenario described in <Note 2539509.1>.  How can the ATB be populated in batch, in these types of situations?
