Symptoms


Add to Favorites, Add to Templates, Delete Selected and Mass Change tabs will disappear on the Checkout Page when updating line details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
      1. Navigate : Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Purchasing > Purchasing Options > XXXXX
            Uncheck Purchasing Group Option
      2. Create Fluid Requisition for Business Unit XXXXX
            Add an Item
            Click Cart Icon
            Click Checkout
            Tabs (Add to Favorites/Templates, Delete Selected and Mass Change) are visible 
            Click Line Details
            Enter Item Supplier Priority
            Click Done
      Issue : Tabs are gone
