E-RD: "File Transfer Failed : FTP library Error code : 3 - URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL" With SFTP or FTP Report Node When Posting Files With Spaces in the Name (Doc ID 2902071.1)

Symptoms


Process requests that have file names containing spaces are failing to post with an error when using SFTP or FTP protocol for the configured Report Node.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup a Report Node using either SFTP or FTP protocols and associate the report node to related Process Scheduler Server Definitions.
2. Recycle Process Schedulers to activate Report Node

3. Schedule process request that generates an output file containing spaces in the name (can be tested with BI Publisher reports by setting a custom "File Name" in the report definition "Output" tab) to WEB output destination to be posted to the Report Repository

4. Observe resulting Distribution Status of "Not Posted" and the following error shows in the "DSTAGNT_<DATE>.LOG"...
