E-WF: Error 'SMTPTrace has invalid value' when Validating App Server & Process Scheduler Domain Configuration with SMTPTrace=2 Setting (Doc ID 2902394.1)

Symptoms

When setting SMTPTrace=2 on the app server and/or process scheduler server configuration,  and during domain validation using PSADMIN, it throws an error that it's not a valid configuration setting.

Application : FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 44
Windows 2019

Sample replication
---------------

1. Set SMTPTrace=2 in the app server or process scheduler server configuration using PSADMIN
2. Choose Option 7 / Load Config as shown.
3. Error is generated
