SFP: New Academic Program Code and Packaging Start Date Are Not Being Sent to SFP Prior to SAFI Message (Doc ID 2902479.1)

When a student adds a new or additional academic program Student Financial Planning (SFP)  packages the students financial aid based  for both programs based on the start date of the original academic program. 
 
Packaging should use the new academic  program start date when packaging students for the 2nd program.

This can be replicated if your campus solutions database is integrated to Student Financial Planning (SFP) (a cloud based Financial aid product)

1.  Finding a student that is currently active in the UGRD career and has been interfaced to SFP and packaged for their financial aid awards.

2.  Add a 2nd career (GRAD) to the student.   The SAFI message should provide this new career information to SFP , however it will not include the date the student should be begin being packaged in the GRAD career.
