Symptoms
Requisition loader PO_REQLOAD not loading requisition. Staged requisitions remain IN-PROCESS status 2 rather than being loaded as requisitions.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Stage Requisition for Loading (Navigation: Purchasing, Requisitions, Stage Requisition) or stage to PeopleSoft from 3rd Party Integration.
2. Run Load Requisitions PO_REQLOAD Process (Navigation: Purchasing, Requisitions, Load Requisitions)
3. Check Status of Staged Requisitions (Navigation: Purchasing, Requisitions, Stage Requisition) and they are in IN-PROCESS Status 2.
