Correct ISIR Records for Aid Year 2022-23 and 2023-2024 Jumps To First/Current Effective Dated Row After Navigating Between Tabs On an Older Effective Dated Row. (Doc ID 2903082.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 25, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Financial Aid - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When accessing an older effective dated row on the Correct ISIR Records component for 2022-2023 or 2023-2024, after switching tabs (from any tab to any other), the navigation jumps to the first or current effective dated row (row 1 of however many) instead of staying on the same effective dated row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct 2022-2023 ISIR records or Correct 2023-2024 ISIR records.
  2. Choose a student who has more rows than just the initially loaded transaction; or if there is only the initially loaded transaction (row 1 of 1),  click the + sign to add a new row.
  3. Click to go to effective dated row 2 or higher (any row other than the first/current).
  4. From the current tab, click on any other tab in the component and note the record jumps back to the first/current effective date (row 1).

Changes

The issue occurs after applying one or more of the ISIR Corrections accessibility bug fixes delivered in CS 9.2 PUM Image 26: 33185587, 34010879,34020016, 34041671.

Note this issue is similar to another documented in <Note 2890720.1>. However, the fix for that issue did not also account for this issue, therefore a new bug is needed. See next two sections for more information.
