Message Not Translated When User Is Logged In French Language And Try To Save 'Phone Number' Without The Required Field '*Type' On Fluid Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Contact Details (Doc ID 2903092.1)

When user is logged in French language and try to save the 'Phone Number' without the required field '*Type' on fluid Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Contact Details, the message not translated.

"Phone Type is required.
The phone type field must be entered."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in French language
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Personal Details > Contact Details
3. Under 'Phone' click '+' sign
4. On 'Phone Number' page leave field '*Type' empty
5. Fill a phone number in 'Number' field
5. Click 'Save'
