ERS 9.2: Service Order Mail For Status Change is Not Getting Triggered When Saving (Doc ID 2903229.1)

Symptoms

When saving and submitting a Service order, mails are not sent to Users even after "E-mail Interested Parties" is selected for Service Order Workflow.

Steps:

1. Ensure that "E-mail Interested Parties" is selected for Service Order Workflow Options in the  "Setup RM BU Options" page.
    Set Up Financials/Supply Chain >  Business Unit Related > Resource Management > Setup RM BU Options.

2. Create a new Service order and submit.
    Resource Management > Request Resources > Create or Review Service Order
3. See that no mails are triggered.
