E-IB: Outbound Web Service Using HttpTargetConnector Returns "Cannot establish HTTP connection." and "java.io.IOException: keystore password was incorrect" Errors (Doc ID 2903467.1)

PeopleTools: PT 8.59.11
JDK 11.0.16

When an internal or external web service call is made using the HttpTargetConnector the following errors are seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html and PIA_stdout.log

Steps to replicate:
-------------------------------
1. Create an outbound web service that uses HttpTargetConnector.
2. Use the Java keytool from a later Jdk 8 build, such as Jdk 8 Build 321, to convert the IB pskey file from JKS to PKCS12 format.
3. Invoke the web service, and observe the errors shown above.


Changes

The issue was observed after upgrading from PeopleTools 8.57/JDK8 to People Tools 8.59/JDK11.
