Symptoms
It cannot cancel the Sales Order Line in Create/Update Order Page due to the error below:
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Create a Sales Order (SO) with 2 or more item lines.
Navigation Order Management > Quotes and Orders > Create/Update Order
2. Deplete the 1 line of the order.
3. Try to cancel the undepleted lines of the order. By changing the value from the drop down at line level.
4. Try to save the order, it will trigger the above error.
