Receiving an Error While Accessing a Requisition From Fluid Approval Page Error: "Invalid Application Package registered for this Action. App Package PV_FLUID_APPROVALS:DisplayActionButton" (Doc ID 2904432.1)

When trying to approve a requisition from fluid approval page, the  below mentioned error is observed. This error once appeared while trying to access the requisition initially and once again after clicking after clicking the approve button.

Steps :

1.- Create, and submit for approval, a new Requisition transaction
      Menu > Purchasing > Requisitions >Add/Update Requisitions

2.- Log into the system as a Requisition Approver

3.- Navigate through the Fluid Approvals pages to find the submitted Requisition
     Fluid Homepage > Employee Self-Service > Approvals > Requisitions.

4.- Open it, and review the information. receiving the error mentioned above.

 This issue was observed after applying the fix of Bug 29772602 - USER ABLE TO APPROVE A PO IN FLUID WITH AUTHORTITY TO APPROVE NOT ENABLED
