Last updated on OCTOBER 28, 2022

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Global Payroll Spain - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When an employee has different consecutive partial ERTE Absences with different hours, the system removes segmentation triggers.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Add 3 partial ERTE absence events with different coefficients or different partial hours.
Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Maintain Absences ESP
2. Calculated the payroll and it is not correct, it only generates 2 payroll lines when it has to generate 4.
Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Results by Calendar Group ID.
