Symptoms


In Monitor Approvals, PO still appears in Pending for approver X, although it was approved by the Administrator VP1 from Monitor Approvals, and now it is Pending with approver Y on the workflow/approval chain.

Menu>Enterprise Components>Approvals>Approvals>Monitor Approvals
