Getting error message When searching for obsolete change requests for bidders

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to : Suppliers > Supplier Change Request > Manage Obsolete Change Request.
Change the Request Type to register a new bidder then press on search.
Getting error message.
