GPCHE FAK Pct is not Retrieved if FAK/SourceTax (Company) CHE Rates are to be Used Instead of Default % (Doc ID 2905061.1)

Symptoms

FAK Pct is not retrieved if FAK/SourceTax (Company) CHE rates are to be used instead of FAK Default Pct. As a result, no FAK contributions are calculated at all.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Define Calendars > Periods
     - Create monthly Period for January 2022
2. Navigate to Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Define Calendars > Calendars
     - Create Calendar for Pay Group KW11
3. Navigate to Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Define Calendars > Calendar Groups
     - Create Calendar Groups
4. Navigate to Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Social Security / Insurance > Company Social Insurance CHE
     - Add a new row for Company KW1 with EffDt 01/01/2022 and remove flag from FAK Default Pct checkbox.
5. Make sure, FAK rates are maintained in FAK/SourceTax (Company) CHE.
6. Run ‘Calculate Absence and Payroll’ for Calendar Group ID ‘KW 202201’ and check results for CH_FK_D11. -> Amount is 0 because Percent is 0.
7. Flag ‘FAK Default Pct’ in Company Social Insurance CHE and run ‘Calculate Absence and Payroll’ again.
8. Check results -> CH_FK_D11 returns a value now
