EPY: TAX860OR Has an Unsupported File Format Error When Uploading to the Site (Doc ID 2905625.1)

Goal

TAX860OR - Unsupported file format error

We have applied a patch 34391396 that was extracted from Tax Update 22-D bundle, and Payroll tried to upload the file to the State, and got an error message saying "Unsupported file format".

We noticed that the file created by TAX860OR.sqr did not have a file extension. As soon as we saved the report with .txt extension, it was accepted by the State system.

Do we need to make the necessary update to include .txt extension to the output file for TAX860OR.sqr?
