GP UK: On the Maintain Tax Data GBR Page, the Data from the Field "GPGB_EE_TAX.GPGB_P45_TAX_TDR" is Not Removed when a New P45 Row is Added (Doc ID 2906319.1)

Symptoms

The P45 report is generated for employees who leave employment but it can also be issued to employees for other reasons that are defined within the organization.
The Maintain Tax Data GBR page (GPGB_EE_TAX) is used to review any notes added to the employee's tax data by EDI transactions. It shows notes from P45 Part 3 (starters) and P46 transactions on the Tax Notes page. 

Scenario: On the Maintain Tax Data GBR page, the data from the field "GPGB_EE_TAX.GPGB_P45_TAX_TDR" is not removed when a new P45 row is added. The value from the previous P45 report is carried forward even if it is a different tax year.

Steps to replicate the issue :

1.Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job data and perform the below actions:

2. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Management > Payee Data > Taxes > Maintain Tax Data GBR > Maintain Tax Data GBR and notice the following:
