Symptoms

When an employee is getting Terminated & Rehire in the same month, the pension process does not take over either the Termination row or the Postponement row on the Assign Scheme GBR page. An Auto-Enrollment row is getting added and the pension is getting deducted from the payroll process.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigation > Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
An employee has Termination of 28-JUN-22, then we rehire the employee with effdt  01-JUL-22.

2. Navigator > Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Results by Calendar Group
Identify and Calculate the calendar group for July and pension is deducting for this employee.

3. Navigator > Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Pension Auto Enrollment GBR
Run Pension Auto Enrollment GBR process.

4. Navigator > Main Manu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Pension Information > Assign Scheme GBR
Check Assign Scheme GBR Page. As there is no Termination Row and Postponement Row generated for the Employee and pension is deducted for this employee.
