E-UPD: Patch 34728423 PT 8.58.21 Product Patch DPK Contains 8.58.20 Patch Project

Symptoms
After applying Patch 34388451, in Change Assistant the Project properties shows that the PT 8.58.20 patch project was delivered.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the 4 zip files "for Patch 34388451: PT 8.58.21 PRODUCT PATCH DPK" from patches and Updates page ("PeopleSoft PeopleTools Patches Home
Page" (Doc ID 2062712.2) ).
2. Apply the patch.
3. Go to Project properties > General tab.
4. Comments shows : PATCH58 - PEOPLETOOLS 8.58 PI020.
5. select * from PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG - the descrlong column is updated with "PI020"value.
6. select * from PSSTATUS shows the correct value "21" in the PTPATCHREL column.
Changes
Apply the latest PeopleTools patch to keep up to date with PeopleTools CPUs.
