Symptoms
Long edit box displays phantom (orphan) box to the right when using keyboard TAB key. This only impacts users when screen reader mode is enabled
This is happening on all pages with long edit box icons. An example of the issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CRM
2. Navigate to MAIN MENU > HR Helpdesk > Search Case
3. Click on search button
4. Open any existing Case
5. Click on the Description in problem summary, now give a tab.
