ELM 9.2: From Maintain Courses Page, Duplicate Course Codes are Saved without a Warning Message

Symptoms
From Maintain Courses page, duplicate course codes are saved without a warning message.
However, each time the Administrator edits one of the courses, receives warning message that it is a duplicate course.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Learning Administrator
2. Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Courses
3. Add a new Course with required fields populated, ensure on Security tab Learning Environment and Learner Group populated, and save, noticeno warning message for duplicate Course code.
Or
3. Clone the Course and enter required fields with a different description, ensure on Security tab Learning Environment and Learner Group populated, and save, notice no warning message for duplicate Course code.
