Approver Kicked Out Of System When Trying To View Approval Chain

Symptoms
While approving a Employee Transfer Transaction one of the Approvers is unable to view the Approval Chain.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Login to PeopleSoft as Manager
- Go to: Workforce Administrator > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job
- Search and select an Employee
- Create a Job Action
- Enter the required data as Effective Date, Action and Reason
- Go through all the steps and Submit the request.
- User (HR Business Partner) logins to PeopleSoft.
- Go to Manager Self Service > Approvals > Pending Approvals and select the previous request
- Once in the Approval page click on Approval Chain.
