Approver Kicked Out Of System When Trying To View Approval Chain (Doc ID 2908318.1)

Symptoms

While approving a Employee Transfer Transaction one of the Approvers is unable to view the Approval Chain.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login to PeopleSoft as Manager
  2. Go to: Workforce Administrator > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job
  3. Search and select an Employee
  4. Create a Job Action
  5. Enter the required data as Effective Date, Action and Reason
  6. Go through all the steps and Submit the request.
  7. User (HR Business Partner) logins to PeopleSoft.
  8. Go to Manager Self Service > Approvals > Pending Approvals and select the previous request
  9. Once in the Approval page click on Approval Chain.
