Symptoms
An error message appears on the page when the user with PeopleSoft Administrator and Payroll Administrator attempts to open the new pages for the Program Funding feature.
The error message:
On the page itself, you see "You are not authorized for this page."
In a pop-up window you see:
"You are not authorized to access this component. (40,20)"
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Tax Update 22-D
2. Navigate to Product Related > Payroll for North America > Program Funding Administration > Define Program ID
3. Error appears
