Is it Possible to Configuring Multiple Rate Code Class for Same Comp Rate Code?

Goal
Based on statutory regulations, there is need to configure multiple comp rate codes which are based on percentage of Basic pay and percentage of Gross wage
for an associate.
For eg, For India, we need to configure the following
1. Conveyance amount as 10% of Annual Gross Wage
2. HRA as 50% of Basic Pay
The Rate code class is used to group multiple Comp Rate codes on which this %age can be applied but there is no way to tag multiple Rate code class
for the same comp rate code.
How to achieve the above statutory requirement?
