Student Plan Tab of Student Program/Plan Component Shows Admit Term Label Mis-Aligned to Far Right of Display Window Away from the Value, on Rows After the First When Using 'View All' Mode (Doc ID 2908711.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 11, 2022

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Records - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On the student plan tab of the Student program/plan component, for any records with more than one program row, and when using the 'View All' display mode, all rows except the first display the Admit Term label/heading at the far edge of the display window in most browsers, away from the value; and some browsers don't display the label/heading at all.

The display on the first row is correct, with the label just to the left of the value corresponding with the field, and that same display is expected to be consistent on all rows.

In addition to the problem not being seen on the first row, it's also not seen if using the default 'View 1' display mode instead of 'View All'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information >  Student Program/Plan, and select any students from the search.
  2. On the first tab, add a 2nd row if only one row exists. What is entered on the row doesn't matter, and it's not necessary to add a row if there are already 2 or more rows existing.
  3. Go to Student Plan tab and click 'View All' display.
  4. Starting on row 2, note how the Admit Term field label is misaligned (or perhaps does not display at all, depending on the browser), compared to the normal display on the first row.
