When attempting to apply a change package created from the Campus Solutions 9.2 Pum Image 26 source, to an environment on the Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) platform, the following error occurs in Change Assistant in the step 'Run Data Conversion AE - DC33404410'. The error displays in the application engine _out file produced for the  DC33404410 step.  

The issue does not occur in environments any other platforms besides MSSQL.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a change package from the Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 26 source.
2. Apply the change package to Campus Solutions 9.2 target Environment.
3. In change assistant, note the red 'X' that appears for the step  'Run Data Conversion AE - DC33404414'.
4. Review the application _out file for the DC33404410 step to see the error detail.
