EAP: Supplier Search Performance Time Out Due to Change With SUP_PROF_RES_WK.NAME1.Rowinit Code

Symptoms
SUP_PROF_RES_WK.NAME1.Rowinit code change causing Add/Update Supplier - Find an Existing Value page to time out to timeout.
This is due to code changes from SCM Supplier modifications introduced in PUM 45.
The code is looping through supplier questions and there are over 400 supplier questions existing.
The trace file shows the process is looping through all of the questions even if they do not apply to the supplier you are searching for.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update Supplier
2. Find an Existing Value tab
3. Enter a Supplier ID
4. Click Search
