Symptoms
The Run control update date page is not allowing to add new task ID
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as PS/PS
2. Add Run Control Date Update User role to PS
3. Navigate to PeopleSoft Developer Homepage and add Run Control Date Update tile
4. Click the tile and then click add (+) button on Run Control Date Update page
An empty activity guide is launched (both the left and right pane are blank)
