Symptoms
User facing Invalid date issue intermittently and are unable to login / perform any transactions during this error.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Managers > Direct Reports Tables Build
2. Run a Full - Complete Rebuild using Access Method 2 - Supervisor Id for Direct_Rpt_Tree
3. Note that it fails with no success
