Symptoms
When attempting to create a new Department, the following error occurs.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Foundation Table > Organization > Department
2. Click on the prompt button and search for a Set ID
3. Fill in the Department ID Value for e.g. '10000' and click on Add
The above Error is triggered
