EPY9.2: TAX008 Report - Page Total For FML Taxable Gross is Repeated

Symptoms
FML EE for state of Connecticut is correctly calculated and accumulated on the page and state level footer of the report and the Taxable gross amount is rightly displayed on the footer. But all the following pages repeat this Taxable Gross amount for FML EE on the footer as page total, even when state is different and there is no occurrence of FML EE on the page in Quarterly state tax report.
STEPS:

1. Run the Quarterly state tax summary report
2. Navigate to Main Menu -> Payroll for North America -> U.S. Quarterly Processing -> Quarterly Reports -> State Tax Summary
