E-PRCS: When Searching In Report Manager, Without Hitting Save, Old Search Remains And New Values Will Not Save.

Symptoms
On : 8.59 version, Process Scheduler
1. When go back to “Report Manager” page, old search criteria are appearing instead of default value.
2. When user tries to save search criteria for 1st time, system allows user to save the search criteria.
But, report manager shows 1st time saved search results online even after search criteria's have been changed multiple times.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA.
2. Navigate to Report Manager.
3. Fill the search criteria and save.
4. Go back to “Report Manager” page, old search criteria are appearing.
5. Change the search criteria and save.
6. Notice that old search criteria is only appearing and its not saving new values.

Upgrade to PT 8.59.
