E-QR:Query Excel Output For Sysdate Field Showing 1900/01/00 Instead of Expected Value (Doc ID 2910370.1)

Query to Excel output for a Date column is showing wrong output in Excel but correct output in HTML and CSV
It is showing  "01/01/1900" in the field instead of the correct date value.
 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Query using a "Datetime" expression for SYSDATE
2. Run the Query and notice correct dates displayed in HTML and CSV output
3. Download to Excel and observe date values in expression column are incorrect (i.e. "01/01/1900")
 

Queries that are pulling date fields normally show correct date values in Excel
