Business Partners error Message when trying to Open Performance Documents.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Configure business partners for component EP_VIEW_MY_PRF.
Set Up HCM > Product Related > Workforce Administration > Business Partners
2. Access this Performance document configured from Business Partner Teams tile.
Manager Self Service > Business Partner Teams tile
