Symptoms
Receive Ad Hoc add does not clear fields from prior add.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Navigate to Mobile Inventory Fluid Menu and Click Receiving Ad Hoc Tile
2. Enter Business unit, Supplier ID, Receipt Source, Carrier ID, Ship to and Pro number
3. Click Add
4. Enter Receiving Item Description, UOM , Receipt Qty
6. Click Add Item and Save
7. Receipt is created
8. Return to Receiving Ad Hoc and Previous Values Entered for Business unit, Supplier ID, Receipt Source, Carrier ID, Ship to and Pro number are not cleared.
