Unable to Send "Dispatch Quotes" Report on Email to the Supplier Using RFQDISP Process (Doc ID 2911249.1)

Symptoms


The PDF was generated by RFQDISP Process, but it was not sent to the email address set on the Supplier.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Make sure the Supplier has valid e-mail id setup (Suppliers>Supplier Information>Add/Update Supplier>Address tab).
2. RFQ has been approved, now trying to send the RFQ report to the Supplier using below navigation (Purchasing>Request for Quotes>Dispatch Quotes).
3. Run RFQDISP job (RFQ dispatch & email). The processes finished in Success, but the PO_RFQ_EMAIL process did not send the email to the Supplier as expected.
