ELM 9.2: From Maintain Classes Page, Session List Page Displays Incorrect End Times.

Symptoms
After upgrading to ELM 9.2.022 (PUM 22), from Maintain Classes, Class Learning Component Session List page, the Session End Time in some cases appear incorrect (End Time before Start Time).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Learning Environment Administrator
2. Navigate to Talent Administrator Fluid Dashboard > Enterprise Learning Tile > Catalog > Maintain Classes >
3. {search/select} Class with Delivery Method Classroom
4. {click} the Learning Component tab and {click} Edit link for the Learning Component type Sessions
5. {click} Sessions tab and notice on the Sessions List page, the Session's End Time is prior to the Session's Start Time.
